About the home this two storey house design will give you:
Designed originally for a narrow urban site, and to blend with period houses that surrounded the site, the shape of the house follows the envelope allowed by Council height ordinances, and borrows visual features and details of traditional villas, especially in the verandas.
It packs a lot of living space into a compact exterior however, with four bedrooms upstairs and two separate living-family rooms on the ground floor - plenty of room for the home theatre set-up and quiet study or reading areas existing side by side.
Both living rooms open out via sheltering verandas to the outdoors, as does the laundry.
Among the wide variety of house designs we offer we are sure you will find a house plan that’s right for you. If you like a floor plan or home design but some changes would make it the perfect home plan for you, we offer a custom-design service and will alter the floor plan and house design to suit your needs.
