Based on the classic beach bach, with weatherboard walls, mono pitch roof, full width deck or veranda, this home is ideal for a family getaway and just as suitable to rent out. Just drive up, unpack, and relax!

Behind the old time façade is a sleek modern design, easy to live in, and easy to care for, and able to be modified to suit your site and requirements.

It comes with master bedroom suite, plus a second bedroom also with ensuite bathroom. More bedrooms could be added, either by extending the main house, or building separate pavilions in the same style. You could even start with the basic design and add as you go.

The deck can be a pergola as shown, or roofed, or glazed, or have a sail, or be some combination of any or all of these. Add an outdoor shower, and less sand gets tramped inside. There’s already a water tank out the back behind the open carport, and while you’re away, there are secure lockable cupboards to cut down on all the clutter you need to transport.
