The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, and there are two other double bedrooms (one of which is separate enough from the bedroom wing to be a study or office for a home business). A double garage with internal access leads through a large laundry/utility room, to an equally generous kitchen with a walk-in corner pantry and the large, open family area. Cavity sliders offer the option to separate the living room when desired.

The terrace is an integral part of the design, sweeping the full length of the northern side, with all rooms on that side having bifolding doors for full outdoor access. The extended living room roof, flanked by pergolas (perfect for deciduous vines – grapes, or maybe wisteria) means that you always have a choice of sun or shade in which to sit.
