Well presented from the street, this four bedroom, one storey home is approached through an arched entry to the foyer, from which the principal zones of the house lead off.

The living spaces, straight ahead, offer the best of open planning - the living room, dining room, and family rooms can be opened up to each other or closed off via cavity sliding glazed doors, and several combinations of open/closed spaces are possible, depending on your own preference, and how you want to use the rooms.

All these living spaces also open on to the sunny terrace, as does the master bedroom, and the extended roof of the family room means the terrace also offers the best of both worlds - sun or shade depending on the season and time of day.

Note the separate pantry beside the kitchen, with its own sink and refrigerator/freezer - very useful for storage, and for hiding kitchen mess - and the peephole window, so you can keep an eye on the front entrance and driveway.
