Essentially this is a single storey house design, lifted to take advantage of distant views, with a basement double garage under the east end, so it suits a sloping site.

Wide verandas on both the long sides shade the hot sun and allow choices in where to sit outside. The northern veranda is interrupted by the master bedroom which projects out to capture sun and views.

Sloping ceilings are a feature of the west end of the house, with sarking and exposed beams, also repeated in the master bedroom. The western end is pushed out to form a spectacular bay, with built in seating and full height windows.
