A two storeyed country home, with wide verandas to the north and west reminiscent of Australian outback homesteads.

The ground floor incorporates a porte cochere protecting the front door, double garage with internal access, farmhouse kitchen flanked by a family room and more formal living room, and separate study with wrap-around window seat.

The downstairs toilet/laundry combination can act as a visitor toilet as well as a mudroom, accessible from outside and protected by a roofed porch.

Upstairs rooms are tucked into the roof, with lots of dormer windows making a striking roofscape. There are four bedrooms (the main bedroom has its own ensuite and separate dressing room, as well as a west facing, partially roofed balcony), and a bathroom.
