An imposing two-storey house design with four bedrooms upstairs and extensive living areas downstairs.

Upstairs features sloping ceilings in most rooms, with dormer windows in bedrooms 2, 3, and 4, and the bathroom. The main bedroom suite has an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe and dressing area, and a balcony accessed through French doors. Generous cupboards and storerooms open off the passage, which passes across the entry foyer as a gallery and, as an option, can lead to a studio type space above the garage.

Visitor entry to the house is via a two-car porte cochere, and a front door set in a glazed screen that extends up to the porte cochere ridge, into the entry foyer proper. This is a double height space, with the upstairs passage forming a gallery at first floor level, the linking stair to the right and two steps down straight ahead to the ground floor rooms. A visitors’ toilet is beside the stair.

The living room, formal dining room, kitchen and family room are grouped around the terrace, with French doors inviting access.
