About the home this two storey house design will give you:

An imposing two storey four bedroom house design with separate dining room and study, and an attached double garage.

The house is approached from the west, with the front door below an entry canopy, and the double garage beside.

The foyer is double height, with the upper floor landing spanning the foyer as a bridge. From this split-level foyer, splayed steps lead down to the ground floor rooms while the upper level forms a landing for the stair, and internal access to the garage.

The living room, dining room, kitchen and family room occupy the north side of the ground floor, grouped around a paved patio, which is shaded by the terrace above. The living room opens off the foyer through paired glazed doors, and can also be opened to the dining room with paired glazed sliding doors. The dining room has French doors matching those of the living room, which also open to the patio.

The farmhouse-sized kitchen has room for a central island unit, and is separated from the family room only by a raised servery. The family room is more or less a mirror image of the living room, with fireplace, and French doors to the patio.

A bay-windowed study (or guest room) is beside the family room, and a storeroom, laundry, and guest toilet make up the rest of the ground floor.

Upstairs are the main bedroom suite, a twin bed and a large single bed bedroom, all grouped around a tiled terrace, as well as a twin bed bedroom above the study (with matching bay window), and separate shower and bath rooms.
