About the home this one storey house design will give you:

A split level T-shaped house design with three bedrooms in the east wing and a studio over the garage in the south wing.

This house plan offers considerable scope for landscaping and the development of terraces, courtyards, etc., around the house to take advantage of the particular site and local climate.

The dramatic double height foyer offers access to the adjacent garage, the stairs to the studio above the garage, and the house proper. The large living room occupies the whole of the north wing, and has a fireplace and hearth flanked on both sides by glazed double doors, one set from the passage and the other opening to the open-plan kitchen and family or dining room.

The gabled roof extends to the north to form a veranda, supported on columns, with pergola beams suspended between. Several sets of doors allow easy access to a choice outside spaces.
