About the home this one storey house design will give you:

This one storey three bedroom house design with separate snug and dining room is set out in an L shape around a formal entry courtyard. The bedroom wing contains the main bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, two twin bed bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes (one also has a study or makeup desk), and all bedrooms have doors to the east terrace or patio.

The formal entry, with a guest toilet adjacent, leads to the bedroom wing, to the open plan family room, or to the snug with its fireplace and (optional) bookshelves and cupboards. The octagonal dining room, situated between the snug and kitchen, has a raised portion in its ceiling for concealed strip lighting.

The large kitchen has a central island bench, and a raised servery to the family room. A veranda wraps around the north east corner of the house and family room, with two pairs of French doors to the outside.

The double garage has internal access to the house via the laundry, and also opens on to the laundry porch.
